

SWIS Advisory Committee
(SWISAC)
The mandate of the SWIS Advisory Committee (SWISAC) is: To provide advice and guidance to Citizenship and Immigration Canada on broad operational issues and policies relating to the Settlement Workers in the Schools Program (SWIS). Broad operational issues are those that would impact on the entire SWIS program and across the province.
To review, assess and make recommendations on proposals for funding under Stream B of the Immigrant Settlement and Adaptation (ISAP) program that are of a provincial scope and relate to the SWIS program.
